Hardware Product Return Policy

1. For products received or in transit:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of the product, provided that it is unused, unmodified, retains the original firmware, and includes all accessories and documentation.
  • Contact us at info@hackdmatool.com before returning.
  • Buyer bears shipping and customs charges. PayPal payments are deducted 4.4% by the bank, cryptocurrency payments are deducted 5% by the trading platform, and credit card payments are deducted 10% by the bank.
  • Returned products may be inspected. Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Video proof of the returned item packaging is required.
  • HACK DMA hardware is for research use only.

2. For products not shipped:

  • Buyer bears the refund processing fee: 4.4% for PayPal, 5% for cryptocurrency, and 10% for credit card payments. .
  • Notify us immediately; if the item has been shipped, please follow the return policy for shipped products. We are unable to provide a refund or return service for the following situations

Unreasonable return reasons

Malicious damage to the product (for example, firmware modification).

The buyer’s computer is incompatible with the device.

Hardware damage caused by not following the instructions.

Deliberate refusal of goods upon delivery.

Exceeding the return period.

Return process

Please contact our customer service email or discord first, provide the order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with a return authorization code and return address.
Please mark the authorization code on the outside of the package when returning, and use a shipping method with a tracking number to ensure that we receive your return.
Refund process

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method. Shipping and other related fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error or product quality issues.

If you wish to exchange the product, please indicate the specification or model of the product you need to exchange when returning. We will process your exchange request as soon as possible.
Return due to quality issues
